  • I have the answer to this question--- i have 2017-18 oneplus 5t and recently bought 2020 oneplus me oneplus 5t is better. In terms of screen i like OnePlus 5t and other factors as well, SD 835 is better than SD765g and touch responsiveness of 5t is somehow better than nord. Nord really skimped on the screen.

  • I think calling it a draw for the processor is bullshit the mid range phones have noticeably weaker processors then 3 yr old phones that alone makes them no good. a Snapdragon 765 is shit makes absolutely no sense to go with that when you can get a phone with a better processor for the same money.

  • On battery degradation: as someone who has a 4-year old Samsung Galaxy S7 phone, I can attest to this. The 2 core reasons why I decided to buy a cheap mid-range Oppo is because 1) I seriously need more internal storage and ram and 2) the battery on my S7 doesn't last as long as it used to, especially when subjected to colder temperatures. So yeah, I bought a new one. And to be honest, I didn't really care about the camera because I hardly use it, but hey this newer phone's camera is surprisingly better! I still use the old one because I isolate all work-related functions in that phone while this new one is for my personal use. As someone who works from home, I have certain use cases where I use both phones at the same time.

  • Always always always buy a used Flagship. 18 months ago, bought a 7 edge. for myself this year bought a 9 for my wife Neither one worth over 250. Just the concept of carrying around a 4 digit phone is outrageous. And the contracts. I pay 26$ a month in canada for unlimited talk and text, with "enough" date Seeing someone pay over $100 a month, is like watching "telecom" sell grandma a 1 Gbps unlimited connection. for the house. IMHO $250-$300 is the right priceto pay for a phone.

  • Yeah, I get this guy on what hes talking about! And I think for me the mid-range phone and the new ph0nes is just the same... The difference with it is the quality they put into the mid-range phone and the high-price ph0ne... They can't increase the level of the quality they put into a mid-range phone becoz if they do, the sellers will be the one who will be defeated when it comes to sales... ▪︎If the ph0ne is just a mid-range, you will kn0w already what is the quality on it b4 buying the ph0ne that is just economy-wise for the people who can't afford expensive ph0nes, the quality and the creativity of the ph0ne is just balance...

  • ***TOP 3 EARLY BLACK FRIDAY DEALS TODAY*** I spent hours digging through the hundreds of deals from BestBuy, Amazon, Samsung, Crutchfield, and other stores. Even though it is not Black Friday yet, there are a ton of early sales happening, so I figured I would share my top 3 recommendations of the day! The criteria for these picks are as follows: The item must be something I have reviewed. The item must be something I personally use and recommend to friends. The item must be discounted significantly with a Black Friday sale. (We aim to purchase and test as many devices as possible to help you make decisions with confidence. To make this possible, I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you if you use the links below. This does not influence our evaluations and costs absolutely nothing to you, but supports the channel) DEAL #1 SONY WF-XB700 Earbuds are now HALF OFF (now $68) 👉 For bass lovers, the Sony Extra Bass earbuds are an easy recommendation. These were a great purchase when they were $130 but now at $68, this was a no brainer. I reviewed these back when they were released this spring and have since included them in several comparison videos. These offer a comfortable fit, BIG bass, and several colors. My only complaints about these earbuds were the lack of an app to customize, and the overall size. As with most Sony earbuds, these are pretty large. For a smaller pair of earbuds, see deal #2! DEAL #2 SAMSUNG GALAXY BUDS PLUS are now $109 (originally $150) 👉 The Galaxy Buds+ have been my go-to recommendation for most of 2020. These earbuds offer one of the most secure and comfortable fits, longest lasting batteries (11 hrs per earbud), best microphone quality (for calls) and most features in the app. The GB+ work well with iPhones, Android phones, tablets, laptops, and anything else with Bluetooth. I wish I had more negative things to point out but besides the lack of ANC, these earbuds are about as close to perfect as you can get right now. These have consistently ranked among the top of every comparison I’ve made this year. DEAL #3 SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH ACTIVE 2 is now $199 (originally $280) - One of my all time favorite smartwatches 👉 The Galaxy Watch Active 2 is essentially the same watch as the Galaxy Watch 3 ($400). They have the same processor, same interface, same sensors, same capabilities, and only differ with the mechanical rotating bezel. This is a very easy recommendation I have been making for the past year. The Galaxy Watch Active 2 is a great everyday watch for fitness enthusiasts, casual wearers, or anyone looking for their first smartwatch.
